Ann Iverson
Founder
and Principal
Ann Iverson is an accomplished marketing professional with
more than 15 years experience in business-to-business marketing
communications management for energy and technology companies.
As a creative strategic planner, she has the ability to grasp
technical concepts and implement successful, innovative marketing
communications programs that support business objectives,
improve brand awareness, and enhance the sales process.
Before founding Iverson Marketing Communications,
Ann was employed at EPRI, a global science and technology
company serving the energy industry, where she held several
marketing positions. Previously, Ann held the position
of Communications Manager at Supertex, a semiconductor
manufacturer specializing in high-voltage ICs, and Idea,
Inc., manufacturers of IC testing equipment, both based
in Silicon Valley and Sunburst Solar Energy. Her positions included:
- e-Business Strategy
Team Leader, Content Management – Active
contributor to the EPRI e-Business Strategy Team, leading
cross functional groups to assess and provide recommendations
on implementation of a content management system to support
e-Business
- Sector Manager, Marketing
Communications - Directing
all aspects of marketing outreach for the Retail
Energy
Sector
to utility and industrial communities, key contributor
to Core Retail Product Sector Team, and on several corporate
cross-functional strategy teams such as Internet Advisory,
e-Business, and Corporate Design Standards
- Group Marketing Communications
Manager -
Managing overall Marcom planning and operations for the Customer Systems Group’s
end-use energy R&D activities, products and services, including collateral,
exhibits, customer events, executive and sales presentations, product packaging,
and website development
- Corporate Exhibits
Manager - Overseeing company-wide
exhibit program of over 50 shows per year supporting both
corporate and technology groups
Ann holds numerous awards for excellence in print collateral
and total publications programs including the Communicator
Crystal Award.
